Rufus Jones returns in Rivals Season 2 this May

Rufus Jones is set to return in Rivals when the hit Disney+ series comes back for its second season on 15 May 2026. Rufus reprises his role as Paul Stratton in the glossy, sharp-edged drama, which dives back into the fierce battle for the Central South West television franchise.

Season 2 promises even more of the wit, scandal and rivalry that made the first run such a success, with the world of Rutshire once again packed with ambition, chaos and complicated relationships. The new season continues Jilly Cooper’s much-loved story with higher stakes, deeper entanglements and plenty more boardroom and personal drama.

Rufus returns alongside a major ensemble cast that includes David Tennant, Alex Hassell, Aidan Turner, Bella Maclean, Katherine Parkinson, Danny Dyer and Victoria Smurfit, as well as new guest stars Hayley Atwell and Rupert Everett.

With all episodes of Season 1 already streaming on Disney+, now feels like the perfect time to catch up before Rufus is back on screen in May.
