Caroline Faber returns in Diablo IV: Lord of Hatred
Caroline Faber returns in Diablo IV: Lord of Hatred and it is brilliant to see her earning such strong review praise for her return as Lilith. Caroline was first announced as the voice of Lilith in Diablo IV in 2023, and the latest critical response shows just how much impact that performance continues to have.
The new expansion continues the story of Sanctuary as Mephisto’s power spreads toward Skovos, with Lilith’s legacy still looming large over the world and her return becoming a key part of the unfolding drama. Lord of Hatred launches on 28 April 2026.
Recent reviews have been especially complimentary about Caroline’s work. Polygon highlighted the authority and presence she brings to Lilith, while GosuGamers described it as some of her best work in the role, praising the way she explores new emotional ground in the character’s connection with the Wanderer.
For us, it is a lovely full-circle moment, from announcing Caroline as Lilith in the original game to seeing her performance singled out so warmly in this latest chapter.
Congratulations to Caroline on the fantastic response to her work in one of gaming’s most iconic dark fantasy worlds. We can’t wait to get our hands on it!
